Zero Tolerance
GP practices and Hospitals are now supporting the government’s ‘Zero Tolerance’ campaign for all Health Service Staff. This states that all Health Service Staff, have a right to care for others without fear of being attacked or abused. To successfully provide these services a mutual respect between all the staff and patients has to be in place.
One of the most successful starts has been the installation of our Glass Security Reception Desk Screens. Screens designed for Security but not too intimidating for visitors, as we have just installed at this GP practice

Not only was security an issue we had to solve for this project, but the transfer of speech to enable all to hear on this very large Reception desk. Installed on a Saturday so no inconvenience to the every day running of the office.
