Protect your Reception Staff with Reception Glass Screens
Violence has increased towards all Medical Receptionists. Swansea Bay University Health Board said receptionists were "bearing the brunt of some unacceptable behaviour" following high demands for GP services. Glass Reception Desk Screens are now being installed to help protect the Receptionists. The Screens are designed not to be too intrusive and look part of the desk, however giving full protection from violence towards the Staff. A sad sign of the times.

Sliding Glass Hatches
We are finding an increase in sales for our Sliding Glass Hatches. Each Sliding Hatch is a bespoke design to fit the client’s needs. There can be a transaction slot, envelope gap to transfer papers and important documents through. The hatch door can be designed to open towards or slide across to allow larger parcels and packages to be delivered safely and securely to reception staff.

Glass Reception Screens
When fitting our Glass Reception Screens we are hearing more and more situations of violence in Hospitals and GP Waiting areas.
A Sad statement from a Practice Manager.
"We've had people throw things at our receptionists, use foul language, screaming and shouting, throwing and damaging furniture, making threats, 'I know where you live', that sort of thing.
"A lot of us feel very stressed and maybe less equipped to deal with this kind of abuse."

Restaurant & Canteen Glass Counter Screens
This last six months has seen an increase for our Glass Protection screens around counter areas to maintain social distancing from those serving. We can include payment and delivery windows within the glass screens, maintaining easy ordering, payment and collection to assist in a speedy transaction, reducing the wait time and length of queue.

School Reception Desk Screens – Ready for September Return
Ready for the September return we have many installations of our School Reception Desk Screens to install as soon as the Schools close for the Summer holidays.
Security for staff is now an issue so we are installing screens that still look modern, smart but functional. A lockable sliding hatch was a must for packages to be passed through. Protective Desk Screens are now a common feature in Schools, Colleges & Universities with the need to create social distance between individuals. Our Glass Screens provide a barrier protection but are very easily cleaned and will stay smart for many years. All ready for the September return.
