Our bespoke sliding aluminium hatches are the ideal solution for bringing an extra level of security to your reception and dispensary counters. This sliding aluminium hatch was supplied & fitted to the Royal Marsden London within two weeks from order, fully designed and installed by our in-house team of experts. The sliding hatch was designed for the dispensary team to pass small packages through, whilst maintaining security at the reception. The dispensary hatch also gives the option for staff to fully open the sliding window to allow larger parcels in and let a draft filter through. This installation shows how our design team assist all the way through to ensure our clients’ needs are met in the design, specification and install.

An increasingly popular product are our hatch screens with timber frames, seen here to complement our client’s ash timber architrave around the door frames. Our experts designed a shelf and frame to match in solid Ash timber, bringing a contemporary look to the reception desk. A sliding and lockable hatch was needed to allow staff to receive packages during the day and secure the office at night. Our in-house joinery team manufactured in one week and a week later the sliding lockable hatch was installed.   

Using high quality glass that is strong and resilient, screens placed in reception areas provide protection without compromising aesthetics of the surroundings. The glass screens section off walkways and seating areas, with the transparent glass ensuring the receptionists view of those waiting is unimpaired. Freestanding or fixed, the screens have high versatility as are easily relocated and cleaned. All glass screens can be manufactured with company branding applied, if desired
