Bibendum Restaurant - London
The Bibendum restaurant situated in the Michelin building London, had a problem with drafts for the customers and came to Screen Plus looking for transparent screens. One factor to consider when designing the screens was that the Edwardian building is listed, so the screens had to blend in with the exterior paint. Specialist fixing brackets were also needed to keep the screens fixed. The Screen Plus team sourced a specialist powder coating paint for the outer posts and applied the Bibendum restaurant logo, to make the screens bespoke to the restaurant. This deters theft of the screens, as well as showing the branding to guests as they first walk in. The Screen Plus team designed the screens based on the client brief, for the design to be approved by Sir Terrance Conran, as well as Fiona McFall the Bibendum Director. The Screen Plus team installed the screens within weeks and the client was very happy with their new screens.
