Physical attacks against Reception staff
The need for Security Reception Screens has never been more obvious. A surgery reported to us as below:
"We' have had a number of physical attacks - there was one at the weekend where a patient jumped over the Reception and started to attack staff physically. We have had patients fighting in Reception as well.
"The abuse is pretty widespread across all of our practices. It is happening everywhere at the moment, which is really disappointing.
We installed Reception Desk screens within two weeks of confirmation with the report back from the staff feeling more secure in the surroundings.

Litter Units
At Screen Plus we had a phone call from Bedford Hospital wanting to place an order for two new Litter Units.
